01What chattrove does
chattrove reads conversation content from the Claude.ai tab you have open, assembles a ZIP archive in your browser, and triggers a download to your computer. That is the full extent of its function.
02What chattrove does not do
- No data is sent to any server.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking.
- No third-party scripts. No cookies.
- No account or signup is required.
- Chrome's storage permissions are used only for transient extension state.
03What gets stored
- Temporary state in Chrome's session storage, cleared when Chrome closes.
- The ZIP file you choose to download, saved to your local Downloads folder.
- Nothing else.
04Anthropic relationship
chattrove is unofficial and not affiliated with Anthropic. The extension operates on the Claude.ai page you are already viewing; it does not call any Anthropic API or transmit data to Anthropic in any form.
05Chrome Web Store statistics
The Chrome Web Store collects standard installation metrics (installs, country, ratings) at the platform level. These are visible to the developer in aggregate. chattrove itself transmits no such data.
